Do you offer storage for both the residential and business customer?
Yes, we have over 60 different sizes to suit both
residential and business needs. We can be your office or
attic away from home.
What services do you offer the business customer?
New Haven Self Storage has a large loading dock to
accommodate all moving trucks including tractor
trailers.
Pick ups and deliveries of packages with carriers such as FedEX, UPS
and trucking companies can be arranged.
Store your archives, records and documents in our safe
and secure facility. We have large storage units that
can permit easy access to records and documents as
needed. We also have 9 foot ceilings that allow
for stacking multiple boxes.
Can I store a car or RV?
No, New Haven Self Storage is an indoor storage facility
and we cannot store cars or RVs.
What are your access hours?
New Haven Self Storage is open 7 days a week with access hours from 8 AM to 8 PM. There is always a
manager on duty to assist you during those hours. We are
however closed on the following holidays: New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day,
Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and
Christmas.
How secure is your facility?
New Haven Self Storage has24 hr video surveillance, Tenants are give an personal access code for access, and there is an on-site Manager for all access hours.
Can I buy boxes and other moving supplies from
New Haven Self Storage?
Yes. New Haven Self Storage offers a full selection of boxes and
packing materials such as bubble wrap, tape, wrapping
paper and special boxes for storing clothing, books,
small kitchen appliances, etc.
Do you have moving carts available?
Yes,
New Haven Self Storage has a selection of carts and dollies for customer use free of charge.
Do you have a moving truck I can use for move in?
Yes, New Haven Self Storage has a free truck available for your move in. Please call for availability.
How far in advance can I book a reservation?
New Haven Self Storage will give you the flexibility to book
a reservation as far in advance as you would like.
Do you accept credit cards or personal checks?
We accept several major credit cards, including
MasterCard®, Visa®, and American Express. We also accept
cash and personal checks. You may pay by phone at
no extra charge.
What are the payment terms?
New Haven Self Storage takes great pride in making your
storage experience as hassle free as possible. All our
units rent on a month to month basis and start on the
day you sign your lease. Many of our
customers have signed up for auto pay. We can
automatically charge your credit or debit card each
month. We are
happy to accept your personal check or payment in cash.

We have sixty different room sizes; Call us and we will
be happy to help you figure out which size works best
for you.
